Our products are intended for use in pigeons and cage birds only. While we provide high-quality avian health solutions, we are not veterinarians. Our product descriptions are for informational purposes. We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified avian veterinarian before administering any medication or new supplement to your birds. CuMed Pharma is not responsible for any adverse effects resulting from improper dosage or misuse.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email confirms that we have received your order; it does not constitute acceptance of the order.

  • Payment: We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods as indicated at checkout. All transactions are processed in the currency specified during checkout.

4. International Shipping & Customs

As an international store, we ship globally. However:

  • Customs Duties & Taxes: All customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by your country’s customs authority are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your local regulations before placing an order.

  • Import Restrictions: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products ordered are permitted for import into their country. CuMed Pharma is not responsible for packages seized or rejected by customs.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CuMed Pharma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the price paid for the product.
